Rules and regulations of "SIMLOCK" service
in simlock.gsmservice.eu

in force since 24.05.2008.

§1. Realization of the service
  1. “SIMLOCK" service is offered by "INTERMEDIA" Tomasz Konopka with headquarters in Rzeszów, ul. Graniczna 4a/97, Poland, VAT UE: PL6871728417, REGON: 180059031, thereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
  2. The service is available only for mobile models specified at the following website http://simlock.gsmservice.eu/modele.php
  3. The Service Provider is obliged to deliver subject of the service to the client, namely the unlocking codes according to the parameters stated by the client.
  4. The Service Provider emphasizes that the “SIMLOCK” unlocking codes will be effective in mobiles which did not have any wrong unlocking codes entered previously and did not have their software exchanged.
  5. In the User has previously entered any unlocking codes to the mobile, the Service Provider does not bear any responsibility for the Simlock blockade not being removed and the User is not entitled to reimbursement of the incurred costs in such cases.
  6. The service is realized after the payment for it has been made, in accordance with the Price List located on the following website http://simlock.gsmservice.eu/priceList.php. The payment is made after filling in the right form in the Service Provider’s Internet service.
  7. The User Provider is obliged to deliver unlocking codes to the User over a period of time specified at the following website http://simlock.gsmservice.eu/priceList.php, depending on given mobile’s model. Weekends, holidays and days off are not included in realization time of the service.
  8. In justified cases, the Service Provider has the right to prolong the order realization time as long as he has previously informed the Customer about the new realization time.
  9. The Service Provider is entitled to cancel the order due to technical reasons. In such cases payment for the unrealized service will be duly reimbursed to the Customer only to his/her bank account or credit card.
  10. Dotpay.eu Ltd. company, which runs the dotpay.pl service, manages all the payments.
§2. Complaints
  1. All complaints concerning the payment and the received unlocking codes should be filed to the following address support@gsmservice.eu
  2. Complaints concerning the unlocking codes, whose estimated realization time is longer than 10 minutes, require filing in accordance with the Specific Way of Filing Complaints (http://simlock.gsmservice.eu/reklamacje.php).
  3. Complaints concerning:
    1. payment – are considered by Dotpay.eu Ltd company.
    2. the received unlocking codes – are considered by the Service Provider.
  4. Complaints concerning the service for which the Service Provider is not responsible will not be accepted.
  5. The time for consideration of the complaint is 30 working days.
  6. The customer is informed about the results of consideration of the complaint through electronic mail.
  7. The payment for realized service is not refunded.
  8. The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrect operation of the unlocking codes, especially for:
    1. loss of guarantee
    2. other side effects
§3. Final provisions
  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce changes to the hereby Rules and Regulations. The new Rules and Regulations come into force on the day they are published.
